3.2 Cancellation by Client. You may cancel a requested Service before we begin substantive work. To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email. If we have incurred any non-refundable costs on your behalf (e.g., third-party data fees), these will be deducted.
3.3 Refunds. Due to the custom, intellectual nature of our consulting Services, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is canceled mid-way, you are responsible for payment for all completed work up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the Engagement Agreement.
3.4 Termination by Us. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services at our discretion, including for unethical requests, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.
4. Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate, complete information necessary for our work. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for implementing any recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
5. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
6. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of
Georgia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in
Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the
American Arbitration Association.
8. GeneralWe may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website or Services constitutes acceptance. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
